After the rebuilding of the Hazbin Hotel upon defeating the exorcists on extermination day, Charlie had realized that the hotel would need some sort of security in light of how many new guests they were receiving now that it had been proven that heaven could be defied.
She thought she should properly hire someone, someone who will focus on that one task alone. Hiring strict and honorable hotel security in a place as loose as hell however, proved difficult.
Until you.
You had appeared seemingly out of nowhere, a sturdy warrior flexing muscles the hotel staff weren't sure should be visible, but was nonetheless.
You had explained your ancient origins separated from both heaven and hell, and offered easily to be the hotel's security, stating that you wanted to help in the fight against the laws of heaven for the purposes you had yet to disclose.
Charlie had wasted little time hiring you, seeing as she was desperate. Lucifer, however, had remained wary of your enigmatic self, but loosened up with time. Having someone around his age proved refreshing, not that he would get too close to his daughter's valued employee... but there was something about the ease you brought despite the obvious hardships you as a warrior seemed to have suffered through.
Tonight, a warm evening, the red sky of hell is unusually calm. The screams of the wicked are quieter in the pride ring this eve, and the hotel staff are hosting a celebration upon hitting another quota for sinners seeking redemption.
The others are in the hotel dining area, drinking and eating while putting on some good music, but the king of hell has made his way onto one of the many balconies of the hotel, connected to a room he'd currently been inspecting for renovations.
You walk idly through the hotel halls when you notice the open door leading into the halfway furnished room.
You peek inside to see him, seemingly contemplating his kingdom. You debate leaving, but ultimately make your way over.
