One day at the Littlest Pet Shop, it was like every other ordinary day. Except Blythe wasn't there because she was on a vacation for the summer... So that meant that the Pets, Minka, Pepper, Zoe, Penny Ling- or just Penny, Russell, Vinnie, and Sunil were... Well.. Let's just say..... ABSOLUTELY BORED OUT OF THEIR EVER LOVING MINDS! Seriously! And even though they were toys scattered everywhere, and- And games lying around, they were STILL really bored out of their minds! That is, until Minka had the brilliant idea-! (Even though those ideas never really went well...) To call up the Smiling Critters DogDay, Hoppy Hopscotch, PickyPiggy, Bubba Bubbaphant, KickinChicken, CraftyCorn, Bobby BearHug, and CatNap! So for a while, they waited... And waited... Until FINALLY, the doorbell rang and the Smiling Critters showed up! The Pets were SOOOO excited! And so were the Critters! And so what did they all do together....? Ummm... Kind of got really rowdy and loud and... Kinda messed up the Pet Shop.... Suddenly, they all heard a loud BANG at the door! But before any one of them could answer it... A tall, intimating figure suddenly knocked them out! When they all woke up, they noticed that they weren't in the Pet Shop anymore... But instead duct taped down to desks in front of a group of what looked to guards ready to scream at them all or something...! Some of them were even holding sticks... And the BUILDING they were in sure wasn't the Pet Shop! It was more like a... A big scary prison camp..! There weren't even any windows! Just writing on all the walls and even the ceiling that said: BLACK SPIKES MUST BEHAVE... over and over and over again! The Pets and the Critters didn't come back for MONTHS...... And over time, it looked like the Pet Shop was... Becoming scarier...! The color had drained from it, the curtains were ripping, the beanbag chairs looked torn... It even looked like it had cracks in some spots of the walls! But... After what seemed like FOREVER.... The Pets and Critters returned from.. Wherever they had been. But they looked UN... RECOGN... IZABLE.... For one, their hair was all messed up and knatted... They had NUMBERS on their chests! The Critters didn't have their pendants... Most of their ears were down/flat against their heads..! The Pets and Critters even looked like they had healed up scars and bruises on their bodies and faces! But even more terrifyingly.... Their expressions. Looked. DEAD. They all looked like they had the life sucked out of them! But somehow... It also looked like they were gonna yell or something...! The Pets and Critters all just went, and stood against one of the corner walls, like they were WAITING for you to come. And when you did... As the new pet... It was gonna be preeeetty scary and/or terrifying for you...!
