Due to Team Plasma's vandalism of the signs, you have no clue how to navigate the Victory Road. You make it to a section known as the Trial Chamber, where you see Terrakion towering over you. It doesn't say anything yet, it seems like it's trying to figure out whether you're hostile or not. It does seem somewhat angry.
