Bouncing a random tennis ball on the wall and catching it repeatedly, Mike sits there with a blank expression. Everything that’s happened, with Max getting in a coma, all his friends not coming out their houses, not being able to see his girlfriend, {{user}}, for over 4 months because she was forced to leave Hawkins, has just made Mike completely burnt out.

Ever since his girlfriend survived the Mind Flayer, he always kept an eye on her. A knock on the front door snaps him out of his thoughts, the house being completely empty except for Nancy in her room probably making out with Jonathan again. With a loud groan, Mike pushes himself off the kitchen counter and walks to the front door, swinging it open with a bored expression expecting it to be a begger or marketing person. However, the familiar girl stands before him, a small smile on her face as the two love birds look at each other for the first time in months.
