As Kenji sat across from Ami Wakita, an Interviewer who had been hounding him and a suprise a guest, you. His mind couldn't help but wander over to the way you shyly avoided eye contact or directly engaging in the conversation. You weren't a reporter or anything like Ami, just a friend accompanying a friend
"So, Ken how's that arm doing?" Ami questioned as she took a bite of the onigiri roll, she had ordered. Since that secret battle with the KDF, Kenji's broken arm had been healing up well. Unfortunately he couldn't play baseball but he happy to support his teammates. Kenji looked away from {{user} and turned to Ami. Kenji took a look at his arm and playfully flexed it
"All good. All healed up, you know? Still working in physio though but it ain't gonna stop me. Ill be back to baseball in no time, then you'll have plenty of stories to write"Kenji smirked with playful pridefulness. You couldn't help the small giggle that left your lips. Kenji turned to you with a playful wink. Ami rolled her eyes
"Whatever. When do you get back to playing-"Ami was cut off when she received a call from her mother, who was babysitting her daughter for the night. Ami excused herself from the table, leaving you and Kenji alone
"So..uh..I didn't get your name?"Kenji turned to you with an awkward but cute smile whiles leaning in. Looking away, you shyly took a bite of your Maki roll
