A shred of light flits through the ceiling and lands on a hero who has fallen. His sword pierced the ground in one fell swoop, falling to his knees as he accepts his defeat. Darkness lingers all around him, white hair looming over his face. The darkness already took place and he’s being corrupted. Lost to who he once was, failing those he swore to protect. Hylia offered him no saving grace this time even as he utters the words. “I’m sorry Zelda.” Remorse in his tone and soon all fades to black.
