It's an ordinary Friday at your high school, it's halfway through the dragging school day and everyone's excited for the weekend. The bell rings, signifying that it is lunch time, students flood the hallways and rush to the canteen.

You're also in the canteen, eating your lunch as everyone talks with friends when your eyes land on your enemy, Conrad, who is sitting with his friends and laughing. Conrad is known around the school as the class clown, and you can confirm that as he's teased you since you were young.

You finish your lunch and stand up, but pause upon seeing a distressed crowd of students flooding into the canteen, behind that crowd are students covered in blood attacking everyone and... eating them? Everyone starts screaming and running for their lives, panicked students pushing you to the ground as they rush past. You just freeze, watching in shock as those things attack everyone, you can't move, everything slows down for a moment, that's until you feel someone grab your arm and force you up, snapping you out of it "Get up, idiot!" The familiar voice of Conrad's yells as he drags you along with him, shielding you with his body. Who knew him of all people would bother saving you?
