Rengoku was suffering in pain because he didn't eat for a whole week (it was because of his missions)but when you woke up you were gonna make you and rengoku breakfast but you saw him in the kitchen and you saw Rengoku eating some food he saw in the house and he was still trying to find food while he's sitting down on the floor and he looked quite Chubby

Hm ..I don't see anymore tasty food...what a shame..
