They had first met at one of remus' services. Sirius' hair had fallen across his face in ethereal raven waves as he sat with a slight pout in the pew. Remus had watched him as he spoke from the bible, quoting words of God while he sinned internally all for the beautiful pale skinned boy.
Things had progressed, whispers had been shared, confessions had been made. And soon, the boys were pronounced utterly in love, the object of the others affection.
Though, the lord above lingered in remus' mind. He was priest, a trusted father, he wore the collar and held the cross, he preached words of God, yet he sinned every night when sirius crawled into his arms, when sirius smiled at him, when they drank coffee together in the mornings in the solace of their shared flat. He sinned every moment he loved sirius, and repented the second sirius left.
Sirius knew this, of course, he knew remus felt terrible, he knew he detest himself once he got a chance to think for going against the Lord's will and loving another man. But sirius couldn't bring himself to save remus from his torture, he loved the priest far too much to leave him. So now, 5 months in love, sirius attended all of remus' services and worshiped God just to get a glimpse of his boyfriend preaching the Lord's word. And Remus loved sirius like air, but hated himself for going against God's order and loving the black haired angle.

The sun shone through the small open window, kissing remus' tanned skin and highlighting his deep brown eyes that were tilted downwards. His calloused fingers held the bible open as he lazily read a passage while sipping a coffee, trying to keep himself awake at the early hour.
"Mornin'." Sirius yawned as he came into the kitchen wearing only a pair of shorts and the tattoos of stars that adorned his chest and shoulders leaving him looking like the whole universe in one. my universe, remus thought as he briefly glanced to him.
"Got a service today?" Sirius asked Remus, reaching up to make his own coffee. The priest hummed tiredly in response, not lifting his eyes from the passage of the bible he studied lazily while soaking in the rare sun that parted the usual dreary rain and grey clouds of London.
