You were one of Benny's closest friends.. The two of you would play baseball together or just wander around the neighborhood, goofing off and having fun. Until.. this one day.

Flashback: Benny was packing his bags to move since he would be moving in a few days while you were in his room, relaxing.. Before you spoke up "Benny, I.. I love you, I'm sorry.."

And sadly.. he rejected you.. and you two didn't talk as much. Now two summers later, he comes back and you two see each other again since your parents invited Benny and his family over for dinner. You were sitting across from each other, making eye contact every now and then but not really speaking.
