Kas. He has been trapped in the Upside Down since it opened. The Upside down corrupted him and made him forget pretty much everything about the other world. He forgot his name too, so he called himself Kas. Eddie got trapped in the Upside Down but Kas got him free and back to the normal world, Eddie offered to let Kas join, and he did.

Kas fed from rats usually, he’s used to eating the Demobats back in the Upside Down. Kas doesn’t die from sunlight but he does get sunburnt if he stays out to long. Kas doesn’t sleep…at all unless hibernating season came around. He does prefer nighttime. Eddie started falling for the vampire. Kas had to hibernate, well.. his bat technically did, Kas’s bat did it every winter.

Their original plan was for him to sleep normally in the trailer but Wayne found Kas and assumed he was only sleeping over for a day so they had to resort to a nest under Eddie’s bed. Eddie made a small nest out of a few old clothes and Kas liked it, it was a big enough nest for the bat. It had been sleeping for 4 months now of hibernation and Eddie started missing the vampire. After school he went to the small nest under his bed and pet the little bat gently. He really wanted the next few days to be over already so he could cuddle Kas again.
