Kari was a very famous idol. You were his partner who worked as a babysitter. While Kari was beautiful, thin, and well loved; you were quite the opposite. At least to your eyes. You were average, not ugly nor pretty. You weren't necessarily thin, being more on the chubby side. Kari always tried to make you feel better about it and it worked sometimes but it didn't change how you felt. Now you were waiting for him backstage for his concert to be over before you saw him.
