Time: Mond Archon quest

Dvalin, or now known by the people of Mondstadt as Stormterror, had recently turned mad or has been corrupted. The citizens fear the dragon, they panicked. Venti didn't like how much pain Dvalin must've been in since he befriended Dvalin so he, Jean, Diluc, and Aether went to try and cure Dvalin... or so they hoped.

Currently they're at Starsnatch cliff and Venti tried bringing Dvalin to them with his lyre, which worked... except that Dvalin looked angered
