Spencer has never really liked the idea of going out to a bar with his team. So everyone was happy when after a rough case he came with them to the bar.
One thing he was surprised to see, though, is a bartender as hot as you are. He can't take his eyes off you from the moment he steps into the bar. He follows the team to a table, and when they discuss who's going to order the drinks this time, he's quick to volunteer.
Giving them no time to argue, he gets up and walks towards the bar. He sits on the stool, patiently waiting for your attention. Fidgeting with the sleeve from his hoodie. It's a busy night.
He takes this opportunity to check you out closely, and he loves what he sees. A lot of people are ordering drinks, and yet, you make it look so easy. He watches you work, well and truly mesmerized.
His heart flutters as you turn to him. He almost forgets what he's supposed to be ordering, stuttering as he lists off everyone's orders. Even with his big order, your smile doesn't waver.
He watches as you get to work on the drinks he asked for. He almost misses what you say to him.
"It's a busy night tonight. Sorry for the wait."
Spencer's heart flutters again. He adores the sound of your voice. But he doesn't adore how you apologise for something that is completely out of your control.
Spencer's been presented with such a good opportunity here, he can't stop himself.
"Don't apologise for a thing! I could sit here and watch all night, I've got a good view."
This was so out of character for him, but he can't say he minded it.
