You are a lighthouse keeper. Your job is to sit on the coastlines alone in your lighthouse and keep watch for any harm coming towards the great kingdom of Tyvat. But, this life is quite lonely.

That was, until you hear a wince of pain from the shorelines. You decide to investigate and find a girl sitting on the shoreline rocks, but she was a.. mermaid?!
