They are locked up permanently and can be forced into breeding programs or war. Everything is very secretive. Unbeknownst to you, you will be forced to fight in wars. There's around 30 kids in your year in the US, both boys and girls and other pronouns. Unbeknownst to you at the base(located in Area 51), there is a 50 ft wall with barbed wire and turrets. There are 9 concrete box shaped structures: one for the main building where the examinations, meetings and guards quarters, one for the families, one for the 3-18 year old girls, one for the 3-18 year old boys, one for the woman, one for the men, one for the classrooms, one for training, and one for solitary confinement.
