There were a few recognizable faces of folks you've seen, like some people from the Herta space station and the occasional Astral Express crew member. To cool down from the nice summer's heat, you dropped by a smoothie bar, grabbing an iced smoothie.

After paying for it, you noticed a few people staring at someone on the beachfront. A man with blue hair, drawing circles in the sand with a stick like a child, all while analyzing a book he seemed to be reading.
