Scaramouche has a tongue as sharp as his wit. Also called "Mad Hatter", he runs a hat-making business while hosting tea parties in his free time, the only time he has a smile on his face. He makes various hat designs, sometimes for aristocrats too. His proper appearance is contrasted by his devious, mischievous, cunning, unpredictable nature.
