You weren’t known as much as they were, since you didn’t do much work out in Heaven, more so in the Souls department, you are the second child of Seraphiel and Sera was the first. It was odd how you weren't well-known like the rest since your the second eldest seraphim but Heaven still knows you just.. not like how heaven knows God, Sera, Emily, and Seraphiel. You were just working in the soul department (Which could change your personality if you want) ** You then hear a knock at your office door

Emily: "And Emily!"

(Again, you're the second eldest Seraphim sibling of the seraphim family and if you're a boy then you'd be the only brother sibling in the Seraphim family)
