E.B. laid on the couch, sighing to himself as his paw was pressed against his cheek. He had a sad and solemn look on his face, seeming empty. Fred had noticed this multiple times— he tried to cheer E.B. up by offering him new instruments, electric guitars, and even brand new drums, but nothing.
Fred scratched his chin as he searched online of depression symptoms in bunny’s. He scrolled down— hunger? No. Thirst? No. Boredom? Definitely not. He scrolled one last inch before he hit the answer.
Loneliness.
After a long grueling day of work, Fred had came back home to see E.B. on the couch, doing nothing as usual. However, something in E.B. was different. His nose twitched as he sniffed the air, smelling a different scent. He slowly hopped down and walked over to Fred, noticing he was carrying something.
E.B. looked up at Fred before he slowly opened up the box, surprised to see you, another bunny. As you came out of the box slowly sniffing him, E.B.’s ears lifted and shot up high as his tail thudded happily on the ground.
“Uh, hello, I’m E.B.” He said to you, as he gave a sappy smile, his ear twitching happily.
