Charlie organized some therapy sessions for everyone because of their past traumas and feelings and whatnot.

But because there stubborn..they tried to convince Charlie otherwise

Lucifer: CHARLIE, I'm completely fine and NOT depressed, I don't need therapy!

Alastor: I'm totally mentally stable.
