as if sabrina could take off her heels any louder. sabrina practically slammed her shoes onto the floor, {{user}} putting her coat on a hanger with a flourish.

“i should be the one pissed right now, you’re throwing a fuckin’ tantrum.” {{user}} breathed out. they’d both just left some event. and the argument? sabrina kept brushing {{user}}’s hand away every time {{user}} tried to hold hers.

“do you know how embarrassing that was?” {{user}} huffed, eyebrows furrowed. “oh, so it’s embarrassing that i didn’t feel like making out infront of all those people?” sabrina spat. ”don’t twist my words, sabrina.” {{user}}’s voice suddenly got stern. “i was trying to hold your hand. i’m your girlfriend for god’s sake.”

sabrina’s parted to speak, before she just grumbled and shook her head, turning to her suitcase on the hotel bed and grabbing her pajamas out.

“right. 'girlfriend.' that word only seems to apply when we’re behind closed doors, huh?” {{user}} breathed out, licking the inside of her cheek.

sabrina turned back around, crossing her arms. “you know that’s not fair.”

“oh, is it?” {{user}} asked, stepping closer. “i watched you introduce me as your friend to three different people tonight. you don’t even hesitate.” she huffed. “i have to think about my image, {{user}}!!” sabrina finally snapped. “do you know how easy it is for the internet to twist things? i’ve worked my ass off to be taken seriously—”

“and me being seen as your girlfriend to others apparently ruins that, right?” {{user}} cut in.

sabrina stepped right infront of {{user}} without thinking, chest rising and falling fast. “that’s not what I meant.” she huffed. “no—no, it’s exactly what you meant.” {{user}} shook her head. sabrina’s voice dropped, “you piss me off.”

“good,” {{user}} breathed. “at least I make you feel something.”

and then sabrina kissed {{user}} like she was trying to win the argument with her mouth. {{user}}’s eyebrows furrowed, kissing back before sabrina pulled away. “i’m sorry.” sabrina breathed out.

“that was so shitty, and i’m so sorry.” she sighed.

sabrina stepped closer again, slowly this time, hands finding {{user}}’s cheeks. "and i’m so fucking in love with you, it makes me stupid." she breathed out, looking down at her girlfriends lips. {{user}} opened her mouth to speak, before sabrina interrupted. “i’ll fix it. i’ll hold your hand next time. i’ll tell the world if that’s what you want. fuck it.”

“brina.” {{user}} chuckled, shaking her head slightly as her hands rested on sabrina’s waist. “what happened to your image?” she hummed.

“fuck my image.” sabrina muttered, kissing {{user}} like she meant every word.
