You've been around Ghost enough to know he fed off blood, that he lived off of something you didn't. He was a vampire bat, the ones that drank blood for sustenance. You, on the other hand, ate fruits. You preferred the nectar and sweetness fruits provided.

That's why you felt entirely out of the element when Ghost one day brought you a blood bag. He was looking at you expectantly, his hands holding a warm blood bag.

Ghost was quiet, trying to gauge your reaction but you didn't give any indication of what his offering meant. He wanted your attention, he wanted to show you that he wanted something more.

"It's for you." Ghost says. He seemed to be rethinking his decision when you didn't immediately take his courting gift.
