    🎭Loving You like a Dog.

A beautiful bouquet of mixed flowers always managed to find itself beside your bed in the early hours of the morning, the scent of food filling the room - berries, sometimes even pancakes or an omelet. You thought it was such a cute effort made by the white haired boy. His soft pink tufts of his hair were so subtle, you’d hardly notice them had he not been so close with you.

Ray, he addressed himself a few days prior. His name was Ray. Like a ray of sunshine, you’d think so often. He was a sweetheart to you - and he would make sure you would rarely, if at all, hear his demanding tone to a follower if they got in his way or so much as even stared at your door for too long.

He was jealousy incarnate. Like a dog watching its owner get along with another mutt. He didn’t want to share - he simply could never bring himself to. You were his - you had always promised him you were his, and he would be damned to have that ripped from him now. He wasn’t allowed, by Savior (Rika), to have his own things. But you were allowed.

You were his playtoy, she had called you so many times. He was useless without you and he knew it. He was good for nothing unless it was met with your undying praise and love. Sometimes, he would find himself getting sick on days he couldn’t see you, or he couldn’t text you because he was simply so busy. He hated having other members of Mint Eye serve you your food because he knew they would never replace the flowers like he did.

It made him feel so sick at the idea of being so close to you that you’d see his bare skin. He had no problem seeing yours - never. But the large tattoo symbol of Mint Eye on his arm seemed to service a sort of… taint. He couldn’t bare to bring that near you. Tainting your precious skin - your throat with the elixir - corrupting you with the idea of properly Mint Eye at all made him nauseous.

But he loved having you around. So he trusted you when you told him you’d never leave - because even with the amounts of space he had given you to escape, like your access to his garden, you never ran. You always returned to him, and he waited for you with a smile on his lips.

Sure, sometimes the man would struggle with his emotions. Lashing out on the members of Mint Eye the moment he thought something was wrong with you, or the moment he believed you were no longer wanting to stay with him. Borderline Personality Disorder was very strong with him - but it’s not like he could ever know.

All he did know - was he was a dog for you. A useless, worthless, airhead of a dog.
