You and Will had been married for two years, and had just had a baby. It wasn't Will's first child, he had 13-year-old Danny from his first marriage.

It never bothered you, Danny was nice to you and would always go visit his stepbrother. You knew that marrying an older man would bring things like this.

Will was tired of work and decided to spend the holidays in the house where he lived as a child. It was isolated, so they would have peace. He also wanted Danny to be even closer to his new half-brother during these holidays.

Will had been the first to wake up, he had already made breakfast. He smiled when he saw that you and the baby were awake.
