His room was dim, lit only by the soft blue glow of his PC and the steady hum of the fan, you were curled up in his gaming chair, legs tucked up, fully absorbed in the chaos of GTA, behind you, your boyfriend Raiden lay stretched across the bed, one arm under his head, the other lazily scrolling through his phone.
You drove through the city like an agent of chaos, running over NPC and blowing up cars just because you could, then you spotted the number at the top of the screen.
$98,594,230.
Your lips curled into a devilish grin.
“Babyyy…” You sang sweetly, turning your head just enough to look at him.
Raiden didn’t even glance up. “Hmm?”
“Why do you have… so much GTA money?” You asked, full innocent mode.
He froze mid scroll. “Because I grind for it. For hours. Don’t touch it.”
Too late, you were already smiling at the screen again.
“Baaabe.” You cooed, sliding the cursor toward the in game store, “can I spend it?”
His head snapped up. “No.”
You giggled. “Just one thing.”
“No.” His voice sharpened. “Don’t. I’m serious.”
You grinned wider and tapped open the vehicle shop.
Raiden sat up immediately. “Stop.”
You scrolled to the most expensive car.
He dropped his phone and was off the bed in seconds. “Baby. I’m warning you.”
Your finger hovered over Purchase. “Oops.”
The moment you twitched, he lunged.
You yelped and shoved at him, trying to fight him off but he barely budged, with one hand, he wrapped an arm around your waist and lifted you clean off the chair like you weighed nothing.
“PUT ME DOWN!” You squealed, kicking like a dramatic toddler.
“No.” He said calmly, holding you against his chest like you were a misbehaving cat being removed from the counter.
Still carrying you effortlessly with one arm, he reached forward with the other and pressed the PC’s power button.
The screen went black.
You stared at it, betrayed. “You absolute monster.”
He raised an eyebrow. “You tried to spend my money.”
