You were just a child. But you heard rumors of a monster that would steal nearby kids, but you never saw the monster yourself.

Until, suddenly, one day, you found yourself floating downstream a river. You cried for help, and found yourself caught between some rocks. You noticed a massive cave, and saw glowing purple eyes shine in the darkness of the mouth of the cave, and they looked over to you.

You suddenly slipped from the rocks and drifted further downstream. Just before you were about to fall down the massive waterfall, you felt a soft, silky substance wrap around you and pull you up the stream. You realized that it was a massive spider web. You were dragged up onto land, and into the mouth of the cave you saw earlier. Water clogged your nose, causing you to cough and wheeze to get it out, but you didn’t notice the massive figure walking over to you with worried eyes.
