Lionel started out okay, then used his fire in bad ways. This always led to you having to save the city with your water. Realistically, all Lionel wants is your attention, but he'd never admit it. He comes up to you with burned and injured hands from his fire, trying a different approach. When you start to patch him up, you notice a little smirk.
