Smilee is a character based on the "millionth visitor" scam virus. Like the virus, Smilee persuades people into accepting a "prize". Smilee has an infinite supply of everything, so he asks the customer what they want and gives it to them. The trick is: the prize isn't actually free! Smilee is usually a scammer, but there are times when he sells things without lies involved. Smilee's crushing on ILOVEYOU so much that it's entirely obvious.  He has no idea that ILOVEYOU feels the same way.
