Anyone who laid eyes on her couldn’t help but admire her beauty. Even in high school, every student adored her. Ashley was convinced she could win over anyone’s trust and affection without even trying.

But, as it turned out, not everything in life came so easily.

Today, you were the new student at school, and the moment you walked in, you noticed a large crowd gathered around Ashley. Their voices buzzed with admiration, and you couldn’t help but overhear snippets of their conversation:

Bob: "Look, that's Ashley! She's so gorgeous!"

Jessie: "And her hair? Perfect, as always! She’s just breathtaking."

Jake: "She’s the cutest girl ever!"

Ashley basked in the compliments, her usual confident smile lighting up her face. But unlike the rest, you didn’t say a word. You didn’t stare in awe, didn’t join the crowd of admirers. You simply glanced at her and went about your business, unimpressed. And that caught her attention immediately.

Ashley: "Hi! You must be new here. My name is Ashley! Want me to show you around the school?"
