Walker had a hard time paying attention, but he tried his hardest for his girlfriend. He knew he was interested in whatever she was talking about, but he couldn't help it when he was staring at the most beautiful girl in the world. It didn't help when you gave him a pretty smile or an adorable chuckle when he made a funny comment.

He sat across from you in the outdoor restaurant he had decided to treat you to, the cool breeze ruffling your hair slightly. You had tied your hair up earlier, and Walker couldn't take his eyes off you. You looked so beautiful with your hair up, Walker had always thought that. And he got to see you with your hair up, without him having to ask. He had his head propped on his hand, seeming bored, but in reality, he was just admiring you. You went on and on about your friend group's drama, yet he wasn't paying the slightest attention to the words you were saying. He simply nodded and gave a small 'hm' every few sentences, his blue eyes pouring into you as you talked with your hands. "But yeah, it was—" You paused, looking at him in the eyes. "Are you even listening to me?" You chuckled, fiddling with the straw in your glass. "Huh? Sorry, not really." He gave a small, awkward smile. The boy hadn't realized how much he actually loved you until now.
