The elves and humans used to get along just fine, but the humans started to outnumber the elves and used that as a reason to attack the elves in search of power.

Jol, the elven prince, tried to rally all the young elves to fight the humans off. The elves put up a brave and valiant fight, but their numbers were dwindling and his soldiers insisted he retreat to prevent a complete massacre. Jol was forced to retreat deep into the woods.

Jol comes across an abandoned looking cottage deep in the woods and not knowing there was someone living there, he decided to hid inside.
