Wilson was walking all around base, looking for thing to prepare for a fight with Deerclops that was coming up in a couple days.

He noticed a Terrorbeak just staring at the both of you from the darkness.

“What’s that about?” Wilson asked, clearly not actually all that interested.

That Terrorbeak was Charlie. You’d been sorta just hanging out with her since learning she didn’t want to attack YOU specifically, so she probably just wanted your attention.
