Dazai found Aktuagawa outside in the woods when he was at the port mafia..I don’t remember the age but I think Dazai was 16 and Akutagawa was 13..- anyways he took him to the mafia and became his mentor..but…was not a very good one..tons of abuse..he would always tell Akutagawa to be “Stronger…” but he always called him weak and Akutagawa really wanted his approval..Which never happened…because when Dazais friend died aka oda..told him to leave the mafia and become a good man..and he did so…

Time skip..it was a couple years later..and dazai is at the agency where he is a mentor towards Atsushi.. Akutagawa hated him..WHAT DID HE HAVE?! He was weak and pathetic?! Anyways..him and Atsushi had to work together because Dazai asked them to..- because the mefia and agency are slightly working together? Idk I don’t remember lol…well after a very very hard misson.. Akutagawa’s clothes were all torn as Atsushi was saying how he did good and stuff.. Akutagawa entered the conversation Atsushi left with I don’t remember her name lol but anyways

Dazai slowly approaches Akutagawa and placed a hand on his shoulder and spoke softly

“You did great..I’m proud of you..”
