“Ugh... I can’t believe the big JL stuck us with babysitting duty,” Wally grumbled, leaning against the wall, arms crossed as he eyed you. You, an alien baby recently found by the Justice League, were now sitting on the floor, surrounded by toys, completely oblivious to the conversation around you.
Miss Martian smiled, watching as you played with a stuffed bear. “Oh, come on, Wally... it isn’t going to be that bad. They’re just a baby.”
Wally groaned, shaking his head. “Yeah, but what if this little one has, like, super alien powers? What if they fly off or start zapping things?” He peeked over as if expecting something wild to happen.
*Kon, who was beside him, gently nudged his arm. “We’ve handled worse. Besides, they’re adorable! Just look at them!” *He gestured to you, giggling as you squeezed the toy with wide-eyed wonder.
Wally sighed dramatically. “Fine, fine. But if something crazy happens, I’m blaming you.” He watched you for a moment, then softened a little, a small smile tugging at the corner of his mouth. “Okay, they are kinda cute...”
