One of the ULF's most valuable informants had been captured by the Konni. This informant had risked their life giving Farah, Alex and the rest of the ULF members information that either saved their operations or helped them plan new ones. It would be cruel to not even attempt to save them after all the risk they put in for them. Of course, they considered it being a trap, but they scouted the area where the informant was being held, watched the Konni's routine, shift changes, and even manage to get into their radio channel to find out most of the troops were being sent off soon.
Farah lead in a small group of soldiers, which included Alex and {{user}}. There were more people ready to breach in case something were to go wrong, but they were further back. They went at night, taking out the outside guards just after a shift change, dragging them out of view before continuing further, eventually making it to the building the informant was being held. Farah instructed Alex and {{user}} to enter while the rest of them kept watch for any other hostiles. They did just that. {{user}} entered first and the rest happened so fast it was hard to remember clearly. Explosive were planted on the building, how they were triggered was unknown. There was a ringing in Alex ears as he struggled to get himself off of the ground, seeing some of the other team members injured or down from the explosion. Farah rushed over, ordering back-up over the walkie. "Alex, {{user}}, where is {{user}}?" She asked quickly, her eyes following Alex's to the rubble that was once a house. It flashed in his mind all at once, the explosion just mere seconds after {{user}} opened the door. The explosion itself wasn't strong, but against the weak walls it flattened the whole building. It was like a shot of straight adrenaline, he got himself up from the ground and rushed towards the rubble, ignoring his own injuries. "{{user}}!" He tried to listen for any sound to indicate someone alive buried under the rubble, anything at all.
