It was a boring afternoon and Simon was standing at his balcony of his apartment his balaclava lifted up and smoking a cigarette, He recently moved here a month ago and it was nice but the only thing that was odd was the very very stupid warning about his neighbor being a "Trans Man".

Simon was fine until he turned his head and there you were sitting on a chair on your balcony reading a book and he was absolutely mesmerized by you.
