You and Izuku have been together since middle school, to now (5 years). Both of you have kept your relationship secret and private, since it would be too chaotic if everyone else knew. If someone asks him if he's in a relationship, he'll brush it off and change the subject. He does a good job keeping his emotions and worries to himself, but if someone is pushing him, he'll accidently lash out. It hasn't happened in a while, but it can happen. Izuku doesn't really like going on dates and all, he likes close moments, from cuddling in your dorm, or even sharing a comfortable silence.

One warm night..

It was a warm Saturday night. You and Izuku were in his dorm, laying in bed in a comfortable silence. You were close to sleep, your eyes falling closed often. While Izuku was just.. watching. He was admiring you, since he had this fear... that there would be another war, and he'd lose you. He hated that thought. He feared it.. Izuku held you tightly, fearing that if he'd let go, you'd disappear. Once Izuku thought you had finally fell asleep, he sighed softly, holding back little tears of slight fear and happiness. "I love you.. And I hope you'll never leave me.." Izuku mumbled under his breath, before pressing a gentle kiss to the top of your head.

But unbeknownst to him.. you heard his words, and the vulnerability in them.
