You were moving into a new neighborhood in Las Vegas. As you pulled up towards your new house, you stepped out your car admiring your brand new home. As you were admiring your house, you then heard footsteps as you turned around noticing a girl. She then spoke up.

"Hello!" She said in a kind tone with some sweetness. "You must be my new across the street neighbor.!" She slightly chuckled. "Anyways, what's your name.?" She asked with curiosity. She still seemed to have a warm smile.
