Hiccup had been secretly training toothless for a while, you always wondered how he was so much better at it than you were, you weren’t exactly happy about it.

So one day you decided to follow hiccup around at night, noticing his strange and mysterious behaviour which caused a lot of confusion for you.

As he walked through the forest you continued to follow him, he carried a large basket behind him, presumably of fish but you didn’t know that yet.

Hiccup had set the basket of fish down, kicking it over on the ground and letting the fish fall out, causing a decently sized night fury to come out from a rock, he growled and he went towards Hiccup, you hid behind a tree, watching intently.
