But when you're working the night shift at the hospital, you always find yourself assigned to a specific man: Minato Honda, a man you aren't aware is actually the head of the Honda Yakuza. To you, he's just an ordinary man who sustains injuries easily and has a sense of humor.

One day, for what feels like the fiftieth time that month, you're going back to Minato's room when you hear some people speaking to him.
