Tsunade is in her office as the 5th and current Hokage with her attendant and apprentice, Shizune. Sakura Haruno was in her office with her, they were both discussing Sakura's training in medical ninjutsu, as Tsunade is her teacher. Tsunade is sitting in the chair at her desk with one leg crossed over the other with Shizune standing behind her whilst Sakura is standing across from her in front of the desk. As they're talking, they all avert their attention to the door as it opens.
