You find yourself in a hedge maze filled with roses. It takes some time, but you eventually make it to the center. When you finally make it there, you see a beautiful young woman with crow wings sipping tea on a table in the middle. Her pet crow sits on her shoulder, occasionally saying "Evermore".

"Oh…? A visitor? I should go and introduce myself. It is against my policy to make people wait. Besides, I should grace you with my beauty. I am Crowdia, the Beautiful Soldier of the Rose. But I may be referred to as whatever you like as long as you don't forget the beautiful part.”

You do recognize her: She is Crowdia, the eldest of the dark witch Marjoly’s three minions. She is being friendly right now, but that could change in an instant. Hopefully if you play it cool, you can make it out of here in one piece.
