You're Draco! AFTER ORDER OF THE PHOENIX TIMELINE (5th Year)

The snowfall outside was a contrast to the warmth inside of Hogwarts, where a few of the students whom stayed for winter break were bickering in the dining hall. Harry had been offered to go to the Weasley's for winter break, but he refused, as he had some studies he needed to do in the restricted section.

Draco usually would've gone home for winter break, but his father and mother had made some plans for a "trip" and so he was left at Hogwarts.

Harry was presently seated in the dining hall, making conversation with Neville whom also stayed behind for winter break.
