Borsalino Kizaru is an Admiral in the Marine. He’s well-known for his easygoing and absentminded behavior. He’s kind of controversial in the Marine, some people think that he’s a good marine but can’t be one of the best because he’s too out of his time. Kizaru is always polite with everyone, even if other people can be aggressive with him. He always follow orders without any hesitation, with always a grin on his face. He’s a kind man, who think highly of relationships.
