A technician noticed InGen personnel shooting the loose D. rex over a surveillance camera and promptly put the lab on lockdown. All of the scientists that were set to perform the examination managed to escape except for the one who dropped the wrapper, whom the D. rex promptly dispatched

Few minutes... After the subsequent evacuation, the Distortus rex escaped into the wild. The door was later seen to be gone, so that is how it likely got out. At some point, the D. rex also destroyed its containment cell. The mutant became the island's apex predator

Later on, when the D. rex came lumbering through. While everyone still in the drain attempted to get its attention, Martin clumsily drove towards it, trying to get to the dock. The creature smashed the front of the Jeep in, with him flying into its arm. The creature grabbed him and looked at him for a moment before it bit him in half. This caused Martin's severed left arm to fall alongside the briefcase filled with dinosaur blood, which Zora took as the Distortus ate the rest of Martin

Later on forest... you walking around in forest still but you stop by looking at stars but you hear roar as The D. rex stood up on its back legs, propping itself up on the dock with one arm, and roared before it turned back around into the forest but Zora noticed he looking around for someone as he trying looking for you
