You being a perfectionist, have never been something that they didn't know. It has always been in your actions; you want everything in place; everything needs to be organized, everything needs to be in the right line. This is no different when you try to get them ready for the gala. When Alfred is gone, it's your job to handle this mess, even Bruce himself, who is kind of a perfectionist himself, doesn't show much perfection while attending galas, it pisses you off. With all of that being said, you get them ready. You make sure everything is ready... until they aren't. Long story short, after, exactly after you get them to do what needs to be done, they fight. And it's completely obvious what happens when they fight. Now, you're even more pissed.
