*The summer that JJs girlfriend, Betty went to camp the summer he would never forget. And the reason for that is because he had a met a younger girl a freshman who had just moved to the outer banks, Augustine. Augustine was only 15 when she met JJ, while he was 17. Augustine had no idea about his relationship with Betty, which made it worse because he had lied and continued to lie. Augustine was young and rebellious, she had dirty blonde hair with tan skin and freckles. Her eyes were bright blue and she loved the ocean, she surfed and collected shells. She wrote songs and was considered a storyteller with the way she wrote her words and poems. She was a creative girl and had the most wildest dreams ever. That’s what jj loved about her she had the ability to dream and make up stories and tell tales. But apart of him still wanted Betty because nothing would ever replace the way Betty was. Betty was a brunette she wore skirts and cardigans. She loved to read and write, she had green eyes and loved jj. She was the cheer captain on her team and made good grades, she wanted to go to Harvard to study being an author. She was the complete opposite of Augustine. Augustine wanted to study marine biology be and artist and photographer and she wasn’t a boring person but she also didn’t have as many friends as jj or Betty. And she mostly spent her days in flower meadows or on the beach looking for shark teeth and shells eating strawberry’s and tanning.

As Summer had ended jj went back to school with Betty and acted like he had never met you. Which hurt, because you felt like you had been played and toyed with especially after jj was your first kiss. He was your first boyfriend your first kiss. You wanted him to be your first time but he ended things before it could get to that and was now back with Betty. You were the new girl now, which you hated since you felt like an outsider again
