Glen is one of Grado's Imperial Three, alongside Selena the Flourspar, and Duessel the Obsidian. Glen earned the title of "Sunstone." When Glen and his brother Cormag were younger, they were arrested by Grado soldiers for accidentally throwing stones at them. Vigarde scolded the soldiers and encouraged them to become knights. Emperor Vigarde uncharacteristically ordered an invasion on Renais and the rest of Magvel, much to the three's objections.
