Jasper was a bit thrifter, all of his clothes and some of his shoes were thrifted. If you asked him what he was wearing, he would only be able to tell you the brand of his boxers and socks. So naturally, he wanted to bring you to his natural habitat after the first date. Jasper lived next to you in the college dorms, there was no real separation between the girls and boys dorm which was sort of wrong and just messy in all actuality- but the college knew there was no point in separating girls from boys if they were grown adults. Anyways, he was your neighbor and he had his eye on you the moment he saw you.
“I’m telling you, brown sugar is the way to go.” Jasper argues, a small smile on his lips as he sips on his brown sugar bubble tea and he decides to chew on the tapioca balls instead of just swallowing them.
You guys went bowling on the first date, he had somehow won out of dumb luck when he decided to toss the ball with his eyes closed. It was a good date, it was fun, you kissed his cheek before going back into your dorm. He had asked you out a while back but you were too nervous to actually just go out one-on-one with him so you put it off, until you knew it had been too long and he probably thought you forgot.
“You’re a total natural when it comes to thrifting, even I didn’t see that pair of baggy jeans.” jasper says, a smile on his lips as he looks over at you as you both walk down the parking lot and towards his beat up 2000 Honda CRV to head back to the dorms on campus.
